Cloé Destinoble, MPH, serves as the Project Manager, Health and Well-Being at the National Association of Community Health Centers. She equips health centers with data-driven strategies for documenting and addressing patient non-clinical factors of health. This work involves developing partnerships and building health center capacity to collect and utilize standardized vital conditions data. Cloé oversees a national portfolio of community health initiatives, driving project management to improve health outcomes, address non-clinical factors of health, and improve maternal and child health—ultimately achieving significant and measurable positive impacts within the safety net healthcare system.

Cloé’s career began with a focus on optimizing provider workflows and enhancing clinical efficiency. Transitioning into public health, she leveraged her communication expertise to expand healthcare access, utilizing digital messaging and oral presentations to disseminate vital information and prevent disease transmission.

Since then, Cloé has managed complex projects ranging from the development of educational resources to the administration of programs supporting frontline care for populations with limited access to heath care. Her diverse background includes serving as a Biological Scientist in epidemiology and leading HIV training programs for health departments. Cloé holds a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
