PRAPARE® 2.0 Revisions Work Group
What is the PRAPARE® 2.0 Work Group?
NACHC is excited to announce the formation of a PRAPARE® 2.0 Revisions Work Group! Building on the legacy of the PRAPARE® tool, developed in 2016, this initiative aims to refine and expand the tool and its Implementation and Action Toolkit to better serve diverse communities facing health disparities.
If you’re a dedicated health center professional with experience using PRAPARE®, we want your insight! As a work group member, you’ll review proposed updates, suggest improvements, and ensure the new revisions resonate with real-world needs.
Applications are due by Friday, December 13.
NACHC seeks 10-12 individuals to serve on this work group.
Work Group Charge:
By June 25, 2025, review and provide feedback to NACHC on proposed updates to the PRAPARE® screening tool and Implementation and Action Toolkit. Successful completion of this work would allow NACHC to announce PRAPARE® 2.0 revisions at the 2025 Community Health Institute (CHI) and Expo in August.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Staff member of NACHC Organizational Member Health Center in good standing, Primary Care Alliance, Health Center Controlled Network, or APPCHO.
2. Previous experience with the PRAPARE tool.
Participants are expected to:
1. Attend and actively participate in monthly 90-minute virtual meetings.
2. Review the assigned questions prior to each monthly meeting to either approve them as written or suggest recommendations for improvement.
3. Review assigned chapters from the Implementation and Action Toolkit before each monthly meeting.
What is the time commitment?
Participants are expected to:
