PRAPARE Tiger Team

What is the PRAPARE Tiger Team?

The PRAPARE® Tiger Team, established in 2020, serves as an inclusive consortium for PRAPARE® stakeholders, including users, vendors, payers, and developers. This forum is dedicated to discussions on PRAPARE® functionalities within electronic health record (EHR) systems, workflows, implementation, and data collection, emphasizing its utilization and response. Our primary objectives throughout the year are to gather feedback, enhance PRAPARE® implementation and data utilization strategies in health centers, and collaborate with PRAPARE® users, EHR, and IT vendors to shape the user interface and functionality of PRAPARE®.

We prioritize creating an open space for dialogue where participants can freely share their experiences and challenges, fostering peer-to-peer networking among the attendees.

Goals and Objectives

To develop content, obtain feedback, and enhance PRAPARE implementation and data use strategies in health centers.
To improve SDOH data collection that is essential to address gaps in care and to quantify the value of health centers

To work collaboratively with PRAPARE users and EHR & IT vendors to inform user interface and functionality of PRAPARE

What is the time commitment?

PRAPARE Tiger Team convened in January 2024 and continue to be engaged through the duration of the year, meeting every 3 weeks on Mondays from 2:00pm-3:00pm Eastern via teleconference (zoom).

The months of July– September, the PRAPARE® Tiger Team sessions will feature Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems that have successfully integrated PRAPARE® into their platform. These sessions will be led by expert guest speakers from the respective EHR companies. On September 30th, we’ll be returning to our regular programming with a focus on Data Strategy and PRAPARE®.
