Rachel Ram, MPH, serves as the Program Manager of Whole Person Health at the National Association of Community Health Centers. In this role, she supports community health centers across the country in collecting and applying data to strengthen partnerships and improve community well-being.

Rachel brings a multidisciplinary background spanning nonprofit program management, Medicaid finance consulting, health education, and community-based research. She most recently worked at Sellers Dorsey, supporting initiatives to strengthen the Medicaid workforce and programs through innovative funding strategies. Previously, she contributed to chronic disease prevention and implementation research at the University of North Carolina and led tobacco cessation, asthma, and lung health programs at the American Lung Association.

She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida.
