Nālani Tarrant, MPH, PMP, serves as the Director of Whole Person Health at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), where her leadership is instrumental in advancing collaborative initiatives with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to strengthen non-clinical factors of health. Through her work, Nālani supports health centers in designing and implementing approaches that improve care for all and foster thriving communities.
Her portfolio includes program development, implementation, and comprehensive evaluation with a dedicated focus on the Protocol for Responding to and Assessing Patients’ Assets, Risks, and Experiences (PRAPARE®). Under her guidance, PRAPARE® has evolved into a trusted framework that helps health centers better understand and respond to the factors influencing individuals’ and families’ well-being.
Nālani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Drew University, a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from The George Washington University, and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) credential in 2017.
