Cloé Destinoble, MPH, serves as the Project Manager, Equitable Health and Well-Being at the National Association of Community Health Centers. She leads efforts to equip health centers with data-driven strategies for documenting and addressing patient social risk factors. This involves partnership development and building health center capacity to collect and utilize standardized SDOH data. She oversees a national portfolio of community health initiatives, driving project management to advance health equity, address SDOH, and improve maternal and child health, ultimately striving for significant and measurable positive impacts within the safety net healthcare system. Cloé began her healthcare career focused on optimizing provider workflow and enhancing efficiency. Building on this foundation, she transitioned into a role as a health promoter, where she leveraged her communication skills to disseminate culturally sensitive public health information through written materials (including digital health messaging) and oral presentations, contributing to disease transmission prevention. Subsequently, Cloé led projects involving the development and distribution of relevant resources, the provision of continuing education and technical assistance, and the management of programs supporting frontline clinical care for underserved populations. Her experience also includes serving as an HIV peer educator for health departments and contributing as a Biological Scientist in epidemiology. Cloé holds a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health from Florida International University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
